TRAINING DOCUMENTATION

Before admitting an employee to the workplace, the employer must ensure their initial training.

It consists of:

• general instruction, which includes skills and basic knowledge to perform work,
• workplace instruction, which includes health and safety regulations and rules depending on the workplace.

General and job training must be confirmed in writing and the document attached to the employee files.

Periodic training is conducted in order to update knowledge and supplement knowledge in the field of health and safety in relation to the skills acquired by the employee during the initial training.

The frequency of periodic training depends on the position held by the employee.

1. co at least once every 1 year - employees in manual positions, performing particularly dangerous work,
2. at least once every 3 years - employees in working positions not performing particularly dangerous work,
3. at least once every 5 years - employers and employees managing other employees: managers, foremen, masters, engineering and technical employees and designers, constructors of devices and machines, employees of health and safety services and those performing the work of this service, technologists and production organizers,
4. at least once every 6 years - administration and office workers, who do not perform work involving exposure to harmful, burdensome, dangerous factors or with responsibility in the field of health and safety.

• initial fire training,
• periodic fire training,
• preparation of fire safety instructions,
• providing the company with up-to-date fire safety signs and instructions,
• installation of appropriate evacuation and fire signs. in accordance with the provisions of equipping companies with rescue and fire-fighting equipment,
• exercises of rescue and evacuation of buildings.
