We offer inspection of the installation in terms of detecting leaks (i.e. unplanned fugitive emissions) based on the LDAR system. Our offer concerns mainly (but not only) unsupervised emissions of evaporative concentrations (VOCs).
LDAR (Leak Detection And Repair) a procedure aimed at discovering leaks in the installations: production, transmission and storage of organic substances (translated from English means: "Detect the leak and fix it”). The procedure was created by the US Environmental Protection Agency to monitor the detection of possible leaks, i.e. leakage of volatile substances from the installation.
We also have adequate monitoring requirements in EU legislation. The basis is the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions. The directive obliges operators of installations (including installations using organic solvents) to control installations in accordance with the requirements of the BAT Conclusions (Article 16). BAT conclusion indicating the obligation to control fugitive emissions for the oil and gas refining and related industries was one of the first. It obliges e.g. to control the occurrence of diffuse VOC emissions to air from throughout the plant. These are preventive measures and are aimed at reducing VOC emissions. This is where the LDAR leak detection and repair program comes in.
Equally important is the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) approving the Best Available Techniques (BAT) conclusions for common waste water/waste gas treatment and management systems in the chemical industry. It concerns the obligation to control installations operating in the chemical sector in the event of uncontrolled release of substances from them.
The optical method of gas visualization, thanks to the use of an optical camera, makes it possible to detect the presence of volatile organic compounds from a certain distance.
If it is not possible to connect the entity to the collective sewage network, septic tanks intended for collecting liquid waste (sewage) can be considered as environmental protection installations. Of course, these tanks should meet the technical requirements resulting from the construction law and the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location.
These tanks should be periodically inspected for their technical condition during their use - at least once a year. This obligation applies to the owner or manager of the facility where the reservoir is located. This inspection should be documented to enable the subsequent submission of the inspection certificate to the competent authorities upon request.
[art. 62 at PB]
Systematic inspection of the sewage system is recommended to ensure its proper functioning. In the case of new sewage systems, it is advisable to check them before use.
Using specialized equipment, it is possible to detect blockages, thus protecting yourself from major problems. With such instruments are kinspection cameras . They allow you to look where it is complicated, while giving you the opportunity to see what is difficult to access, analyze the situation and create a short review report.
In our offer you can find monitoring services of channels and pipes with the use of specialized equipment.
Thanks to the high precision provided by the use of cameras,
it is possible to obtain full information on the condition of the pipes. In addition, measurement results are obtained quickly.
The process begins with the introduction of the camera into the sewer. The reading is made on an ongoing basis by displaying it on the monitor. This gives the possibility of immediate recognition of the condition of sewage pipes. If this method is used, it is possible to immediately make a decision as to further actions aimed at avoiding threats and counteracting the consequences of the fault by removing it.
Of course there is such a possibility. Such services are performed using a device for locating the inspection camera head. In this way, it is possible to precisely determine how the sewage pipes run.
