PERFORMING THE SERVICE
What does cooperation look like?
1. Submission of the order by the Ordering Party to the Contractor. For each of the services (before we start performing) we send the client a list of necessary materials that will enable us to start performing the service.
2. Provision of materials by the Employer to the Contractor, i.e. information on the installation and its use, preparations/substances and products used, devices used to reduce pollution, measurements made so far and documents of the entity applying for a decision to the extent required to be attached to the application or included in the application.
3. Starting the preparation of the documentation by the Contractor, analyzing the materials sent and possibly requesting the Employer to supplement them with various types of source materials that have not been sent so far.
Materials necessary to be attached to various types of documentation that the Investor should obtain (in order to attach them to applications for permits/permits/decisions or to notifications) are often required as they ensure that the formal content of the application is complete and enable the Office to initiate administrative proceedings regarding the application.
In the event of deficiencies in the application, the office will call for their supplementation or leave the case without consideration due to formal deficiencies, therefore it is important that the Investor collects these documents/data as soon as possible.
Listed below are the basic DOCUMENTS necessary to attach to some applications, including:

Listed below are the basic (some) DESCRIPTION PARTS contained in the documentation being prepared.
- During the performance of the order, it is necessary for the Investor to provide the Contractor with certain information, data and documents regarding the Investment in question in order to prepare a description of the investment in relation to the source materials as closely as possible to the Investor's intention.
In the case of documentation related to
- emissions of gases and dust into the air,
- application for an integrated permit,
- application for a decision on environmental conditions,
it is necessary to perform pre-calculations, input the pre-calculation results and other plant source data into the modeler dissemination of pollutants into the air, performing calculations by the program, analyzing the results, describing the results and describing the applicant entity (e.g. plant), installation (sources and emitters - ongoing processes and devices used to reduce pollutants emitted into the air), summarizing the results in a descriptive and graphical form).
In the case of preparation of documentation regarding:
- application for an integrated permit,
- application for a decision on environmental conditions
it is necessary to analyze the equipment documentation in terms of noise emissions, make preliminary calculations, enter the results of preliminary calculations and other source data regarding the installation into the modeling program the spread of noise into the environment, performing calculations by the program, analyzing the results, describing the results and describing the applicant entity (e.g. plant), installation (sources and emitters - ongoing processes and devices used to reduce noise to the environment), summarizing the results in a descriptive and graphical form.
In the case of preparation of documentation regarding:
- water law survey,
- application for an integrated permit,
- application for a decision on environmental conditions
it is necessary to make calculations, analyze the results, describe the results and describe the applicant entity (e.g. plant), installation (sources and emitters - ongoing processes and equipment for water abstraction/wastewater disposal, making a summary of the results in a descriptive and graphical form).
In the case of preparation of documentation regarding:
- waste management report,
- application for an integrated permit,
- application for a decision on environmental conditions
it is necessary to prepare a tabular description of the waste and the method of its management, a description of the applicant entity (e.g. a plant), installations (sources and emitters - ongoing processes and devices for waste management, making a summary of the results in a descriptive and graphical form).
The next steps are:
4) Sending the prepared documentation in an electronic version for approval by the Ordering Party (including in terms of the description of the plant and operation of the installation).
5) Entering the Employer's comments, if any.
6) After receiving the approval - making a printout of the documentation in the appropriate number of copies and its delivery.
7) The service includes participation in administrative proceedings in the first instance in the event of a request from the office for clarification or supplementation to the content of the documentation.
