DOCUMENTATION FOR AUTHORIZATION

We offer preparation for your company or institution of documentation for the application for an integrated permit.

It is a work consisting of many parts. It should contain descriptions of the impact of the plant/institution on the environment (e.g. protected areas, if present in the vicinity) in the scope of:

·       emissions of gases and dust into the air,

·       noise emission to the environment,

·       wastewater emissions to the environment,

·        abstraction of water from the environment,

·       emissions related to waste management (production, processing, collection of waste).

An integrated permit is a form of permit to conduct industrial activity obtained for industrial and other installations.

To a large extent, it is to replace sectoral environmental decisions, covering most of the plant's impact on the environment.

An application for an integrated permit should include a comprehensive approach of the plant to environmental protection implemented, among others, by: by applying BAT (best, most effective available techniques) in achieving a high level of environmental protection by the plant.

BAT implementation - practical application BAT should take into account the current economic and technical conditions as well as the calculation of investment costs and environmental benefits, and the technique planned to be used should be possible to be implemented by the plant in a given area and in given conditions.
