- check the plot in the Local Spatial Development Plan or Study – thanks to this, you will determine whether it is possible to locate the planned investment in a given area,
- order a soil survey – you will find out from them whether the plot is not polluted. This will protect you from the costs associated with possible remediation (soil clearance), and will also allow you to make an objective decision on the purchase of the plot. Investment stage - steps and environmental formalities that the investor must not forget
An entrepreneur who intends to build or expand his own plant must complete many formalities. Otherwise, his actions will be illegal. Contrary to appearances, a building permit alone is not enough.
